KITCHEN RENOVATION
PICTURES

Remove existing sink and faucet
- Replace with new double sink and new faucet
Remove all existing countertops and backsplash tiles
- Replace with new countertops and backsplash tiles
Paint and varnish all existing building grade cabinets (upper & lower)
Paint and varnish refrigerator cabinet surround to match upper cabinets
Paint and varnish broom/utility closet
- Overlay wood flooring with new click-and lock flooring (New flooring will run throughout bedrooms, hallway, and kitchen)

Remove shower glass blocks
- Reconfigure and redesign the shower stall
Remove all existing tiles from bathroom floors and walls shower walls and floors
- Replace with new tiles (including baseboards)
Cut out the brown wood flooring inset of the bathrooms doors
- Build up the cut out-area and continue floor tiling here
Remove the bumb-out behind the toilet in preparation for replacement with a new English-style toilet
Remove all existing plumbing fixtures and bathroom appliances
Perform all work required to remove the window above the current sink. Block out the seal and the resulting space from the inside and outside to prevent anything from getting into any void space when complete Replace with new: plumbing, vanity and fixtures, shower fixtures, and an English-style toilet bowl
- Resulting blocked-in, repainted wall space will hold a large framed mirror
